Founded in 2014, skeeled came to life after both founders took this idea as the final project during their Master’s studies. Faced with the complex reality on searching and applying for jobs, both wanted to change the way applicants apply and recruiters recruit. The story started with trying to let an applicant apply not only via CV and taking of the recruiter unnecessary work while screening profiles. The foundations hold until today, although the aim was always to go beyond.
While continuously analysing and researching the modern recruiter’s way of hiring, it’s pain and frustrations, skeeled aims to develop a software that will be adaptable and customisable to each individual recruiters’ need and job specification. By constantly adding multiple features, the software should become one day the most flexible application to support HR departments and recruiters, positioning skeeled as a totally new and unique service in the industry of HR.
