SEP (Site Engineering Personnel) is a company that specializes in providing construction supervision services. It operates through three divisions: SEP Engineers, SEP Geospatial, and SEP Technical. The SEP Engineers division offers site engineering, survey equipment hire, and survey equipment repair to the building, civil, engineering, and mechanical sectors. The SEP Geospatial division specializes in the sale, hire, and service of geospatial equipment, including total stations, global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receivers, 3D laser scanners, industry software, and surveying accessories. The SEP Technical division provides aerial mapping, dilapidation and environmental surveys, flood risk assessment, ground investigation, plate bearing tests, and other services.
