We provide a range of community health and adult social care services, and are owned by our employees and some GPs.

We’re a social enterprise, so the profit we make goes back into our developing services even further.

We’re proud to say that we deliver high quality, fully integrated services - either alone or in partnership – but still remain financially competitive and cost-effective.

We've been awarded the Social Enterprise Mark, and as an accredited social enterprise every year we are independently assessed to evidence we are working for our social purpose and have ethical business practices.
