Seneca Mortgage Servicing is a fully licensed, GSE-approved mortgage servicer that invests in and oversees the servicing of Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSRs). An MSR is a contractual right to annual cash flows, paid monthly, generated at the time of a mortgage loan origination.
