As at 30 June 2015, the company owns a £1.3 billion freehold portfolio of 26 well established, key operating real estate assets including some of the UK’s top visitor attractions and theme parks, namely Alton Towers theme park and hotel, Thorpe Park and Warwick Castle as well as 20 private hospitals.
