The company has an experienced board, chaired by Martin Moore, and is externally managed by Prestbury Investments, which is owned and managed by a team led by Nick Leslau, Mike Brown and Sandy Gumm. Prestbury has a long and proven track record of creating value for shareholders throughout the economic cycle and has been responsible for a series of highly successful property investment businesses over more than 25 years, including most recently, Max Property Group Plc. As at 30 June 2015, the company owns a £1.3 billion freehold portfolio of 26 well established, key operating real estate assets including some of the UK’s top visitor attractions and theme parks, namely Alton Towers theme park and hotel, Thorpe Park and Warwick Castle as well as 20 private hospitals.
