株式会社SCREENホールディングスは、グループ会社である株式会社SCREENセミコンダクターソリューションズの人事異動につきまして、以下のとおりお知らせいたします。

株式会社SCREENホールディングスは、中長期の生産整備計画「彦根グランドデザイン」に基づき、彦根事業所内に新工場となる「S3-4(エス・キューブ フォー)」建設を中心とした設備投資を決定しました。新工場の操業開始は2023年1月を予定しています。

次世代パターン用直接描画装置「LeVina」を開発

株式会社SCREENホールディングスはこのほど、「デジタル×グリーン化」へとメガトレンドが変化しつつある先端パッケージングの大きな変革に合わせ、高精細パターン形成に対応する次世代パターン用直接描画装置「LeVina(レビーナ)」を開発。2022年4月から販売を開始します。
