SCANA Corporation is an energy-based holding company. The Company's businesses include regulated electric and natural gas utility operations and other energy-related businesses. SCANA operates through its subsidiaries including SCE&G, engaged in the generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electricity and the purchase, sale, and transportation of natural gas; GENCO owns Williams Station and sells electricity; PSNC Energy, that purchases, sells and transports natural gas; SEMI, that markets natural gas in the southeast and provides energy-related services; and SCANA Services, that provides administrative and management services to SCANA's other subsidiaries.
