Roscosmos (formerly known as known as the Russian Federal Space Agency, also known as the Roscosmos State Corporation for Space Activities, Госкорпорация "Роскосмос") is a company responsible for space flights, cosmonautics programs, and aerospace research. It places orders for the development, manufacture, and supply of space equipment and space infrastructure objects. The company coordinates with the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation for military launches.
