Ring is an outdoor home security company providing a line of preventative outdoor security doorbells and cameras. The Company's mission is to reduce crime in neighborhoods and empower consumers by creating a Ring of Security around homes and communities with its suite of smart home security products, including Ring Video Doorbell, Ring Video Doorbell Pro, Ring Stick Up Cam and Ring Floodlight Cam. In February 2018, Amazon agreed to buy Ring in a deal that valued the home security startup at $1 billion.
