    Founded in 1987, RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC is a 90-person New York City firm that evaluates building systems and designs, specifies, and administerprograms for repair, upgrade, restoration, and new construction for residential, commercial, retail, and institutional properties. Our broad range of expertise includes exterior repair and roof replacement; window and door replacement; Facade Inspection Safety Program (LL 11/98); mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; structural engineering; interior renovation; retail and commercial build-outs; building condition surveys; energy audits, and retro-commissioning; historic restoration; and Special Inspections.
