Our broad range of expertise includes exterior repair and roof replacement; window and door replacement; Facade Inspection Safety Program (LL 11/98); mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; structural engineering; interior renovation; retail and commercial build-outs; building condition surveys; energy audits, and retro-commissioning; historic restoration; and Special Inspections.
