Q&A is led by our founder Lynn Ellen Queen, who brings together experienced coaches and consultants to meet the needs of our clients. We customize our solutions so that clients get exactly what they need out of each engagement. Every coach is either ICF Certified, has completed coaching training at the Center for Creative Leadership, or both. Our consultants have wide experience in business, government, and non-profits on top of degrees in business or organizational development.
