China Poly Group Corporation (Poly Group) is a large state-owned enterprise under the supervision and administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). In 1992, Poly Group was founded with the permission of the State Council and the Central Military Commission. In February 1993, Poly Group was registered in National Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau. In March 1999, Poly Group was transferred from army to Central Commission of Large Enterprises, and became one of the most important state-owned enterprises. In 2003, SASAC acted the role of sponsor.
