Otis Minnesota Services (formerly known as Otis Eastern Service) is a company that provides pipeline maintenance and construction services. It offers power plant conversion, water crossings, greenfield and loop line construction, in situ replacement, pipeline structures disposition, critical repair and maintenance, remediation, and slip repair services. The company was formed after the merger of Otis Eastern Service and Minnesota Limited.
