In 2007, Managing Director of Concentra Analytics, Rupert Morrison had enough of working late nights trying to do organisation design in unwieldy Excel spreadsheets and superficial, static PowerPoint slides. He wanted to build a solution which could help people create effective organisations not just on a one off, but on an ongoing basis. Crafted by Concentra Analytics, OrgVue launched in 2011 harnessing the power of relational and graph based databases along with data visualisation and SaaS delivery. This combination created a single platform to analyse, model and track organisations in a way which had never been possible before. Suddenly, HR, OD, Operations and Finance teams were able to connect data from across the organisational system without IT. They could link their people to roles, objectives, processes and competencies with a revolutionary set of solutions helping them achieve workforce excellence, drive performance and lead business strategy. Over the years we have been recognised for our industry leading work including being named a 2014 Gartner Cool Vendor from a global field and being named an Awesome HR Technology in 2015. We continue to innovate and disrupt the HR and OD functions, finding and creating new solutions to help people design, transform and operate organisations to drive performance and competitive advantage.
