Oncoceutics was a biotechnology company that developed small molecule compounds targeting G protein-coupled receptors for oncology applications. Its products included imipridone compounds such as ONC201, an orally active dopamine receptor D2 antagonist studied for H3 K27M-mutant high-grade glioma and other tumor types. The company collaborated with research institutions on central nervous system cancer therapies and ceased independent operations after its acquisition in January 2021.
