OHB is an aerospace and technology group that specializes in the manufacture and sale of products and projects in the areas of telematics, aerospace technology, satellite services as well as space transport and aerospace structures. The company comprises three business segments: Space Systems, Aerospace and Industrial Products, and Digital. The Space Systems business segment develops, builds, launches, and operates low-orbiting and geostationary small satellites for scientific applications, communications, and terrestrial observation. The Aerospace and Industrial Products segment provides aerospace structures for aviation and space travel, such as fuel tanks and metallic structural components, and sensitive components made of heat resistant nickel-based alloys and titanium for aircraft engines. The Digital segment focuses on the establishment and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and digitization.
