Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry. It operates through five segments: Remotely Operated Vehicles ("ROVs"), Subsea Products, Subsea Projects, Asset Integrity, and Advanced Technologies. The ROVs segment provides tethered submersible vehicles remotely operated from the surface to customers in the energy industry for drilling support and vessel-based services, including subsea hardware installation, construction, pipeline inspection, survey and facilities inspection, maintenance and repair. The Subsea Products segment includes control umbilicals and specialty hardware, as well as tooling, subsea work systems, and installation and workover control systems, which are built and operated as a service. The Subsea Projects segment is engaged in subsea installation, inspection, diving, and maintenance and repair services. The Asset Integrity segment provides asset integrity management, corrosion management, inspection, and non-destructive testing services. The Advanced Technologies segment engages in engineering and related manufacturing in defense and space exploration activities as well as offers turnkey solutions that include program management, engineering design, fabrication, assembly, and installation to the commercial theme park industry and mobile robotics solutions.
