NITTA DuPont (ニッタ・デュポン, formerly known as NITTA Haas) is a company that manufactures ultra-fine polishing systems for silicon wafers. It offers silicon, glass substrate, and compound wafer polishing pads and slurries, fixturing, and diamond conditioners. NITTA DuPont is a joint venture between NITTA and DuPont (formerly Rodel).
