NexTier Oilfield Solutions is a land oilfield focused service company. It's organized into three reportable segments: Completion Services, Well Construction and Intervention Services, and Well Support Services. The Completion Services segment consists of fracturing, wireline and pumping, and completion support services that include its research and technology department. The Well Construction and Intervention Services segment provides cementing and coiled tubing services. The Well Support Services segment offers rig, fluids management, and specialty well site services.
