New Jersey Resources is a holding company that provides retail and wholesale energy services to customers. It operates through four reporting segments: Natural Gas Distribution, Clean Energy Ventures, Energy Services, and Storage and Transportation, formerly known as Midstream. The Natural Gas Distribution segment consists of regulated natural gas solutions, off-system sales, and capacity and storage management operations. The Energy Services segment delivers unregulated wholesale and retail energy operations, as well as energy management services. The Clean Energy Ventures segment includes capital investments in clean energy projects. The Storage and Transportation segment offers investments in the natural gas storage and transportation markets.
