New Directions Education was established in 1999 and is now widely recognised as Wales's largest and leading recruitment provider for the education sector. Our recruitment team consists of a mix of former Head and Deputy Headteachers, ex-teachers and experienced recruitment professionals who have built excellent relationships with schools throughout South Wales. As a result of our close working interaction with schools and the efficient service we provide we currently deal with approximately 70% of primary schools and 80% of secondary schools in South Wales.
