Neutron Star Systems (NSS) is a company developing electric in-space propulsion systems and subsystems based on superconductor technology. It offers thrusters, disruptive re-entry systems, radiation shields, and power management tools including the magnetohydrodynamic-enhanced entry system for space transportation (MEESST) for spacecraft operating near planets with atmospheres; a superconductor-based readiness enhanced magnetoplasmadynamic electric propulsion system; and a high-temperature-superconductor-based electrical harness for scientific instrumentation.
