NET Power (formerly Rice Acquisition Corp. II) is a company engaged in the development of a power system that produces electricity from natural gas. Its system is based on a thermodynamic cycle called the Allam Cycle. This technology uses a high-pressure oxyfuel CO2 cycle that makes emission capture a part of the power generation process.
