NEMO Equipment

NEMO Equipment, Inc. was founded in 2002 on the premise of bringing the highest level of design and engineering to the world of outdoor adventure sports. NEMO’s AirSupported Technology® (AST™) introduced an entirely new way of looking at shelter design. Its low pressure airbeams are significantly stronger, smaller packing, easier to set up and take down and are more field repairable than traditional poled tents. In addition to its AST™, NEMO also designs traditional poled and trekking pole tents, sleeping bags and pads, a backcountry pressure shower and accessories to make your home in the wilderness more comfortable and enjoyable. NEMO has received numerous accolades and awards over the years, including two Editors’ Choice awards from Backpacker, Editors’ Choice awards from Backcountry, Climbing, Elevation Outdoors and Women’s Adventure; Gear of the Year from Outside, Men’s Journal and National Geographic Adventure; ISPO’s BrandNew Award, as well as one of the best inventions of the year by both TIME and Popular Science magazines. NEMO continues to push the envelope in design with each new product it brings to market. Trusted by professional guides and mountaineers, US Special Forces, and other outdoor enthusiasts, NEMO products are tested and guaranteed for life.
