Next-Generation ERAU Applied Research Lab

The Next-Generation Advanced Research (NEAR) Lab is a research and development facility that provides consulting services for private and government customers in the aerospace and aviation industry. It specializes in software engineering proof of concept, rapid prototyping, software quality assurance, modeling and simulation, data mining, and other related projects. NEAR also develops unmanned aircraft systems for hurricane research as well as apps for aircraft, weather, and aeronautical information visualization, airline operations management, etc.
