The Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) is a shore command that recruits and trains civilians. It provides enlisted and officer accession training, reclassification, apprentice, functional training, officer and citizen development, and other services. The organization also operates the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), a diving facility for training.
