The Company owns and operates electricity transmission networks in England, Wales and Scotland. It also owns and operates gas transmission systems in Great Britain. In addition, it jointly owns and operates transmission facilities and electricity and gas distribution networks in the US. The Company is also involved in gas metering, property management, liquefied natural gas (LNG) importation terminal, unregulated transmission pipeline, and LNG operations, as well as operates Great Britain-France interconnector. Further, it is engaged in solar power generation.
