National CineMedia (NCM) is an American cinema advertising company. The Company distributes advertising, and Fathom business and consumer events through its proprietary store and forward digital content network, and live digital broadcast network. It develops, produces, sells, and distributes a branded, pre-feature entertainment and advertising program called FirstLook along with advertising programming on its lobby entertainment network in theater lobbies; and sells various advertising and promotional products in its theater lobbies. NCM also offers live and pre-recorded networked and single-site meetings, corporate marketing/communication events, and church services in the movie theatres throughout its network; and distributes entertainment programming products, including live and pre-recorded concerts and music events, concert and DVD product releases, theatrical premieres, and Broadway plays, as well as live sports and other special events. In addition, it provides its services to third-party theater circuits through network affiliate agreements.
