NaaS Technology (also known as Newlink NaaS, 浙江安吉智电控股有限公司 ) is a company that provides charging stations and support services for them. It offers online and offline electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, including station site selection, hardware procurement, engineering, procurement, construction, station maintenance, energy storage as well as electricity procurement services, etc. The company caters to the charger manufacturer, EV OEMs, and end-users. NaaS was formed as a result of a merger between RISE Education Cayman and Dada Auto.
