It operates in four segments: Index, Analytics, ESG, and Private Asset. The Index segment offers MSCI global equity indexes, factor, real estate, and thematic indexes. The Analytics segment provides risk management, performance attribution, portfolio management content, as well as tools for analyzing the market, credit, liquidity, counterparty, and climate risk. The ESG and Climate segment delivers data, ratings, research, and tools to enable investors to integrate ESG and climate elements into their investment processes. The Private Assets segment supplies real estate market and transaction data, benchmarks, return analytics, climate assessments, and market insights for funds, investors, managers, and other real estate market participants.
