MetroMile

OverviewSuggest Edit

Metromile is a variably-priced, pay-per-mile car insurance provider. Metromile charges customers for the actual miles they drive, not a flat rate that forces low-mileage drivers to subsidize high-mileage drivers. Using the Metronome device installed in a car, the service creates a rich experience around driving with an interactive iOS app, Android app, and web dashboard (trip information, fuel usage, opportunities to save, and much more). Beyond auto insurance, Metromile is developing a new breed of products that save time and money for people who drive less.
