The McLaren Applied Technologies (MAT) provides electronics, sensors, electrical components, and software. The Company supplies the standard Engine Control Units to all competitors in Formula One, NASCAR and IndyCar. MAT also supplies the complete electric powertrain to the Formula E racing series and systems and products to teams and engine makers competing at Le Mans, rally car, GT and other endurance racing categories. Beyond motor racing, the Company supplies safety critical control systems to the automotive and aerospace industries and real-time video and data systems for railways. McLaren Applied Technologies also provides alternators and specialized sensors for several aerospace applications.
