McCarthy & Stone (Developments) is a company that builds, sells, and manages retirement developments. It has two product ranges: Retirement Living developments that include private apartments for the over 60s and facilities such as communal lounges and guest suites and Retirement Living PLUS developments designed for the over 70s that offer facilities such as restaurants, well-being suites, function rooms, on-site care and support packages.
