Loop Genomics

Loop Genomics (also known as Metabiotech) is a company developing a platform technology for long-read DNA sequencing. It offers long-read sample preparation kits and software that tags DNA or RNA molecules with DNA barcodes and copies and pastes those barcodes intra-molecularly. This barcoding is used to reassemble long-read data from short-read sequencing runs.
