Littelfuse is an electronics manufacturing company offering switching and circuit protection technologies. It conducts its business through three segments: Electronics, Transportation, and Industrial. The Electronics Segment specializes in fuses and fuse accessories, positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resettable fuses, polymer electrostatic discharge (ESD) suppressors, varistors, reed switch based magnetic sensing, gas discharge tubes, discrete transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes, TVS diode arrays, protection and switching thyristors, etc. The Transportation Segment consists of a range of circuit protection, power control and sensing technologies. The Industrial Segment offers industrial circuit protection (industrial fuse), industrial controls (protection relay, contactors, transformers) and temperature sensors for use in various applications such as renewable energy and energy storage systems, electric vehicle infrastructure, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, industrial safety, non-residential construction, maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), mining and industrial automation.
