We started out as NHS VAT consultants (we were previously known as VAT Liaison). We launched our forensics services in 2009, recovering cash from overpayments or missed credits and on payroll. In 2011, we launched STAFFflow, our unique direct engagement service, aimed at helping the NHS address the need for greater control, visibility and reduced cost of their agency staff. In 2012 we launched our technology salary sacrifice service through Liaison Onecall.
In 2013, we acquired medical staffing technology firm 3 Blue Dots and subsequently formed our own technology company, Liaison Technology, to provide some of the systems behind our growing range of workforce management services for the NHS.
We celebrated 25 years in business in 2014. Our Company Vision is "To courageously innovate and grow for the benefit of our clients and our staff". We work towards this vision by focusing on innovating new services and ways of working to benefit our NHS clients. We do this while still retaining a focus on our core values of intelligence; care; hard work and honesty.
