Kilter Rewards is a company that provides a program motivating employees to stay active by generating donations for charities of their choice. It allows employers to set a donation budget, employees to choose from a range of offered activities and, after its completion, donate to the charity. The employees are also rewarded with points for every complete activity, which can be spent on bonuses from employers.
