The Company holds minority stake in KBC Group SA. The other shareholders of the Group include Cera and MRBB, among others. KBC Group is a Belgian company that specializes in retail banking, insurance and asset management activities, as well as the provision of services to businesses, principally in Belgium, Central and Eastern Europe. KBC Group is also active in private banking and services to businesses in other countries in Europe. KBC Ancora CVA is managed by Almancora Societe de gestion.
