The Engineered Products segment serves the aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical markets, providing sophisticated, proprietary aircraft bearings and components; super precision, miniature ball bearings; and proprietary spring energized seals, springs, and contacts. The Precision Products segment serves the aerospace and defense markets by providing precision safe and arming solutions for missile and bomb systems for militaries; subcontract helicopter work; restoration, modification, and support of SH-2G helicopters; manufacture and support of K-MAX® helicopter, the K-MAX TITAN and KARGO UAV aerial systems, and an autonomous logistics vehicle. The Structures segment provides metallic and composite aerostructures for commercial, military, and general aviation, fixed and rotary-wing aircraft, and medical imaging solutions.
