It comprises the Industrial Valley, King Abdullah Port, Residential Areas, Educational Zone, Central Business District, and Sea Resort. The company is engaged in the development of real estate in economic zones and other development activities, including infrastructure, promotion, marketing, and the sale of land within development areas, as well as the transfer/lease of land, development of housing units, and construction on behalf of other parties.
