JTEKT (株式会社ジェイテクト) is a company manufacturing automotive components, bearings, and manufacturing equipment. It offers steering systems, driveline components, bearings, sensors, electronic control devices, home accessory equipment, etc. The company also builds machine tools, factory automation systems, and heat technology products, such as industrial furnaces and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. JTEKT was formed as a result of a merger between Koyo Seiko and Toyoda Machine Works.
