Jeesal Group

Their experience of working in and with the NHS and Social Services informed their philosophy of empowerment, equality and autonomy, which is the ethos behind their vision to provide support for people with a developmental disability in a homely environment. These core values are the foundation on which the Jeesal Group has grown to make a difference in this industry. In July 2010 Jeesal Akman Care Corporation Limited acquired the Cawston Park Hospital and Kelling Park sites to add to the existing portfolio of Jeesal Residential Care Services and Jeesal Domiciliary Care to form the Jeesal Group. The acquisition of the two sites has enabled Jeesal Group to provide a full cycle of care for people with a developmental disability as follows: Jeesal Residential Care Services (JRCS) provides residential care services Jeesal Domiciliary Care (JDC) provides supported living, day care and respite care Jeesal Cawston Park Hospital (JCP) provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services Jeesal Kelling Park (JKP) is the most recently commissioned site for residential care. The acquisition marked the partnership of the Subramaniam and Akman families which has now grown to be one of the largest independent care provider in Norfolk for developmental disability services users. "We provide, we support, we care" is our motto for us as a family company and will be our guiding principle for generations to come. As a Group we are committed to people working together and empowering individuals to achieve wellbeing and success. Tugay Akman is the Chief Executive Officer of the Jeesal Group and it is his commitment to continue to provide high quality accommodation, a nurturing environment, treatment and support as outlined in the Jeesal Cawston Park Brochure.
