J&L Metrology manufactures optical comparators for precision, general-purpose use in job shop, tool room, or laboratory settings. The Company's calibration techniques include aligning light source and screen with table, checking perpendicularity, parallelism and verifying magnification of all included lenses. It provides on-site optical comparator calibration. J&L Metrology calibrates all makes and models of optical comparators, including Starrett, Mitutoyo, Nikon, Tamarack, Scherr Tumico and more.
