Intradiem was founded in 1995 on the belief in the power of software to create increasingly efficient and elegant ways to solve problems, to build smarter companies and smarter ways of doing business. Intradiem’s innovative approach was a major breakthrough in how companies prepared their workforce to deliver customer service, initially focused on how employees could be trained during naturally occurring idle time rather than taking them totally offline to accomplish the same tasks.
