The Company owns and operates a middleware platform called TicketSwitch that connects directly to multiple, non-compatible ticketing platforms, allowing low-cost distribution of time-and-date-specific tickets in a seamless, dynamic environment.Ingresso also offers an API and a white label website that is used to power a number of sites, in particular, those selling global content and London theater tickets.Ingresso  was acquired by Accesso on March 30, 2017
