We’ve been entry-level employees, team-leaders and executives. We climbed the corporate ladder, and each step of the way we realized that there existed a large gap between Management and the front-line troops. Hearing from more and more colleagues who felt that their voices weren’t being heard and issues weren’t being discussed which could have solved workplace problems sooner, we saw an opportunity. We saw a giant disconnect between what CEOs and HR managers think they know and what their employees would tell them if given the chance. We knew we could do better.
So we created Hyphen.
