Its three operating segments include Commercial property comprising retail outlets, offices, warehouses and retail warehouses in England and Wales; Residential property comprising single-let houses and flats in England, and Financial assets comprising exchange-traded equity investments. Its property portfolio is focused primarily on locations in the southeast of England and comprises a mixture of warehousing, retail, office, leisure and residential. Its equity portfolio is spread across 26 holdings, covering a range of sectors and geographical markets. Its commercial property portfolio includes a retail warehouse in Bicester, a building in Cardiff, a radio station and office building in Oxford, and an industrial unit in Warwick, among others.
