HBL Engineering (formerly HBL Power Systems) is a manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics and electrical components. It operates in three business segments: Industrial Batteries, Defence & Aviation Batteries, and Electrics. The Industrial Batteries segment offers nickel-cadmium, lithium-ion, and lead batteries for transportation, telecom, oil and gas, energy, and other sectors. The Defence & Aviation Batteries segment provides electronics such as electronic artillery fuzes, components for aircraft, missiles, torpedoes, submarines, etc. The Electrics segment develops motors, charging stations, and other solutions for electric vehicles, as well as offers train systems that include collision avoidance, automatic protection, management, control, etc.
