Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications

Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC) is an agency of the Ministry of Communications that provides access to information and communication technologies. Its projects include school connectivity project (SCP), community information centres (CIC), prisons, library and post office connectivity, common telecommunications facility, ICT literacy training programme, etc. The agency caters to the telecommunication and government sectors.
