We are a fifty-person law firm operating six branches in three EU countries, serving individuals, municipalities and businesses. We provide our legal expertise in corporate accountability to the European institutions as well as to NGOs in many countries. We established the first legal counselling centre in environmental matters and transparency issues in the Czech Republic and we are now partners of several innovative companies providing energy, green-building or energy-efficient technologies, as well as the European Coalition for Corporate Justice in its efforts to bridge global governance gaps and to build a legal framework in Europe for international corporate accountability.
